Shipping

*Due to the ongoing postal strike, orders shipped by CanadaPost may experience delays. Please select another carrier if available, or arrange for local pickup if possible.*

Canadian Orders:

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering and we will try our best to accommodate you. Orders typically ship within two business days or as otherwise posted. Shipping times listed at checkout indicate how long an order will be in transit. For example (when there is not a postal strike), Xpresspost takes 1-3 business days within Canada. This means an order will take 1-3 business days once the package is handed over to CanadaPost. Expedited and Xpresspost shipping is approximately $13 to $24 for an average order. Please see checkout for exact shipping costs. 

International Orders:

Orders typically ship within two business days or as otherwise posted. Shipping times listed at checkout indicate how long an order will be in transit. We cannot guarantee international shipping times because orders have to be cleared by customs and this may take extra time, depending on how busy customs is. Shipping to the United States usually costs around $9 for an average order. Please see checkout for exact shipping rates. If you would like to ship to a country not listed in our shipping options, please contact us. 

Free Local Pickup:

If you are local to Southern Alberta, Canada, there is an option at checkout to select "Free Local Pickup" within the shipping preferences. Please visit the Local Pickup page for more information. Please do not select "Free Local Pickup" if you require shipping, as it will delay your shipping date.
